Sam Putka

Property Management Director

From an early age, Sam has been passionate about the property industry. After gaining valuable experience with the local housing authority, he became a partner at Troy’s Estate Agency, where he has developed extensive expertise, particularly in the letting and management of residential properties.

Committed to continuous professional growth, Sam is currently working towards an RICS and CABE-accredited qualification in residential surveying and valuation.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and embarking on road trips across Europe to indulge in his love of skiing.

Liam Moon

Client Relationship Director

Liam is a dedicated real estate professional and Partner at Troys Estate Agency. Born and raised on Jersey, he has a deep-rooted understanding of the local property market, backed by over a decade of industry experience. He is also in the process of completing his RICS and CABE-accredited qualification in residential surveying, further strengthening his expertise.

At Nesos Group, Liam plays a pivotal role in securing new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing ones, and overseeing the day-to-day management of the company. His commitment to delivering expert guidance and personalised service ensures clients receive the highest standard of support.

Outside of work, Liam enjoys quality time with his partner and young daughter as well as going fishing when he can.

Jonathan (JJ) Anderson

Technology Director

Jonathan, or “JJ”, brings over 25 years of expertise in IoT and telecommunications, playing a key role in advancing the Nesos Group’s mission to deliver cutting-edge intelligent property portfolio management. His deep technical knowledge and strategic insight help the leadership team design and implement smart solutions that enhance efficiency and maximise property value.

Before moving to Jersey 10 years ago, JJ was the EU Director of Policy and Regulation for IoT at the GSMA in London, where he shaped global standards and advanced the adoption of connected technologies. His decades of experience allows him to navigate complex technical challenges and ensure Nesos Group’s solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the island with his wife and their two young boys.
