Managing DirectorLiam is the Managing Director of Nesos Group and also serves as a Director at Troys Estate Agency and Forty-Eight Private Office. Born and raised on Jersey, he brings a deep-rooted understanding of the local property market, supported by over a decade of industry experience. Before moving into property, Liam spent eight years in the finance sector, developing strong analytical, operational, and client-focused skills that continue to underpin his work today.
As Managing Director of Nesos Group, Liam leads the company’s business development strategy, secures new clients, and fosters strong relationships with key partners. He oversees day-to-day operations and financial management, ensuring the organisation delivers consistently high standards. His commitment to expert guidance and personalised service ensures that clients and colleagues alike receive exceptional support.
Sam Putka AssocRICS
Operations DirectorSam is a dedicated property professional, serving as Managing Director at Troys Estate Agency and Operations Director at Nesos Group. Born and raised on Jersey, he has developed a strong understanding of the island’s residential market, beginning his career with a local housing authority before moving into private practice. At Troys, he has built extensive expertise in the letting and management of residential properties while leading the agency’s day-to-day operations and client service standards.
At Nesos Group, Sam oversees operational strategy, service delivery, and the implementation of systems that support the company’s expanding property management portfolio. Committed to continuous professional development, he has also completed an RICS and CABE-accredited qualification in Residential Surveying and Valuation. His blend of operational leadership, technical knowledge, and hands-on industry experience makes him a trusted and respected figure within Jersey’s property sector.
Neil McDermid
Sales DirectorNeil is an experienced Sales Director with over 25 years of Director-level leadership across multiple industries. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and leading from the front with a strong focus on sales, marketing, and communication. With extensive experience across diverse sectors, Neil excels in business development, negotiation, and sales strategy, thriving in B2B environments and building long-term client relationships.
A confident communicator and mentor, Neil is skilled at developing and empowering teams, with a leadership style that is positive, assertive, and results-driven. Highly self-motivated and consistently a top performer, he brings a strong emphasis on compliance, communication, and continuous improvement, always seeking opportunities to apply and expand his expertise.
